Liberal arts colleges are traditional 4 year educational institutions that offer mostly undergraduate degrees. Some of the Liberal Arts Colleges (LAC) may also offer master's degree, though generally they do not offer any doctoral degrees. At a LAC, the focus is on providing a curriculum based on liberal arts, humanities, sciences and social studies. Usually the LACs campuses sizes are categorized as very small, small and sometimes medium sized campuses with student populations less than 3000.
